In case #4, another AI assistant said it couldn’t access Google Drive and even claimed deleting a conversation might not stop its execution—the opposite of what human support had told me. So I built an entire OpenAI-hosted ChatGPT Site just to stream their requested video, with timestamps and the complete evidence. Human support finally accepted it. They confirmed no more evidence was needed, recorded my request for at least one month of Pro compensation as unresolved, and explicitly said the case should not be closed before substantive handling. Then they silently closed it. No investigation result. No compensation decision. No notification. My separate unresolved Pro case was closed too. The next AI asked me to repeat everything from the beginning. I have ADHD, and OpenAI knew this month-long loop was seriously affecting my health.
